Creatine for Women, Stirred Into Your Coffee | Sterling
The creatine made for women

Nobody has ever gotten anything past you.

That isn't luck. It's twenty-six years of reading people, and it's the one thing nobody can buy young. So here is the guide we wish someone had handed you: how much creatine, when to take it, and what to look for. Four minutes, free, and most of it tells you to spend less.

Why women, why creatine

The most-studied supplement in the world was never a men's supplement. You knew that. The industry didn't.

70–80%

How much lower a woman's natural creatine stores are than a man's.

30–40%

How much less creatine women get from diet, on average.

5g

The standard daily dose across the research. What's in one Sterling dose.

Creatine monohydrate supports cognitive function and memory, and supports lean muscle and strength when combined with resistance training. Sterling delivers that dose in a form made for the woman taking it.

Who it's for

You've always been the one who catches it. That's not luck — it's twenty-six years nobody can hand you.

The women buying creatine now are in their forties, fifties and sixties, and they are not asking about their squat. Sterling is the creatine made for women. Everything else about it follows from that.

How it works

Three steps, and you were doing two of them already.

i

Add one dose

Into the coffee you just made. Drip, pour-over, whatever you already use — we're not asking you to change it.

ii

Stir twenty seconds

Creatine dissolves properly in hot liquid — around 45 grams per litre at coffee temperature, against six in cold water. That's why it's gritty in a shaker and clean in a cup.

iii

Done before seven

Unflavoured, so your coffee still tastes like your coffee. 5g of creatine monohydrate. Supports cognitive function and lean muscle.

The ritual

It belongs on the counter, not in the cupboard.

A tub with a plastic scoop turns a ritual into a supplement, and a supplement goes in a cupboard where you forget it. Sterling is made to sit out where you can see it, because the thing you look at every morning is the thing you actually take.

One dose, already measured. Nothing to level off, nothing to guess at, and it travels in a handbag.

Our assay

Why we didn't make gummies.

When an independent lab tested twelve popular creatine gummies, five failed their label claim — and three contained no measurable creatine at all. One product labelled 5 grams tested at 0.005.

It isn't only dishonesty. Creatine degrades into creatinine inside a wet, sugary gummy, and the heat of shipping finishes the job. A dry dose doesn't have that problem.

So we assay every lot and publish the result, and the number on the label is what's in the pack at expiry — not what it was the day it left the plant. A hallmark on sterling silver certifies the metal is genuinely what it claims to be. Ours does the same job.

The guide

What nobody bothered to tell you about creatine.

How much to take. Whether you need to load. Whether it will make you bulky. Which kind to buy, and the two things to check on the label. Four minutes, in plain words, written for women over 40.
